What is indeed Concurrent Connection?

Hello!!! Everybody 
My head is sick because of Concurrent Connection.
The measure generally the performance of Firewall with Concurrent Connection.
The numerical value of Concurrent Connection distinguishes to ASL edition(office, professional, enterprise) and is given.
What is the meaning of the numerical value of Concurrent Connection to be given at an each edition
I want to know what Concurrent Connection means.
Inform us the definition of Concurrent Connection.

    Go Webadmin --> Network --> Connection Tracking, and you will see the list of the conncurrent connections.

    Concurrent connections are the logical paths open through the router/firewall for packet traffic at any given moment.

    What we have an issue with, is when any of these paths show as being live after the particular packet stream that opened the path has finished.
