hmm silly question... the key you put in the licensing section is it the one you got that's about 8 or 9 char long? or did you go to the registration portal & generate your key & place that in the firewall?

xxxxxxxxx -- general look of the purchased key
xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx general look of the activated key after it's been through the registration portal.

What license are you using exactly ?

Antivirus license costs per annum, as does ASL license.

Perhaps it's simply expired ?

I am use a Homeuser Lizenz. It is no Virus protekt aktviert. Sorry for my englich :-)

Suggest you go to the www.astaro.com page and go to the licensing portal.

All licensing problems can be sorted out there.

this means your license has expired. goto the licensing portal and renew or create a new one....the home user license is good for three years.

The home user license does not include virus checking does it ?

I thought you had to pay for virus checking license for any and all licenses.
