permanent disconnects

Hi,
 me is trying the astaro firewall and like it, but there is a big problem: I want to go online with pppoe, it is well configured. But it disconnects after 5seconds and dials again. After 40x my provider is closing my line till midnight. The log says following:

    Hi,

    do you have any Desktop firewall enabled ?
    ALS pings the client to check if it's still online.
    If there is no response, he disconnects the client.

    Be sure to add the firewalls IPs as "good" interface in your Desktop firewall
