Does astaro ever reply ?

I asked astaro for a quote for a HA licence 2 months ago and still no reply. I'm blaklisted for them

Maybe will they reply on the forum

I've a similar problem. I've send an E-Mail to Astaro about a license for my school project a few moths ago and I have still no answer. [:(]
Is this normal ?!
