Toshiba Mangia SG25 (Locked Out)

We just got the Toshiba Magnia SG25 and I was setting it up and I seemed to have made a setting that has locked me out.

I can't ping the SG25, can't bring up webadmin, and the serial port is deactivated by default.  

How do I gain access to this thing again?

    If you purchased the SG25 with the Astaro image already pre-loaded, it should be running 4.016 with the serial port "enabled" .    Use the serial port adapter that came with the SG25 and connect it to a client serial port via a null modem cable.   

    You should be able to run a terminal package such as HyperTerm.   Set the com port within HyperTerm to 9600bps, 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit  and Hardware flow control.

    You should now be able to login into the system as root and then you can make configuration changes to re-enable the Webadmin.
