willl ASL ship with a radius server?

like freeradius,it's small,robust,feathers rich.bundle a db server will greatly extend the flexibility of users management and it can be used in many aspects.  windows IAS is just simply junk.

    As of now, no, in the future ....maybe, who knows.
    I don't think radius should run on the firewall, it should be a seperate system behind the firewall. What I would like to see though was if Astaro made some sort of admin part for radius/dns/other stuff. I would really like to admin lots of things from webadmin and i guess that is the part that most people like. 
    If they could make a distro that was built on the same base system but with lets say "the ability" to install/enable "modules" like DNS/DHCP/web(apache)/radius/proxy/wlan-ap etc. and then have a seperate interface or tunnel that all units where to comunicate via.
    One place to manage stuff, and several boxes with a easy config system, all configs residing on the ASL box and just distribute them to the different boxes. That would make networkadmins love ASL and buy it just because they could controll so much with it.

    Just my two cents.
