Help: Antivirus & Surf Protection Licence Issue...

Hello everyone,

I've just purchased the antivirus and surf protection...after paying by visa, I got an answer that the Payment was accepted and an email was on it's way...

but after that... no email and no link to the licence keys...

has anyone any idea on how those licenses are delivered? 
should I get them by mail?

    If you haven't received it yet you could contact sales@astaro.com, might happen that the e-mail was blocked somewhere - your personal SPAM filter? Happened to me :-)

    YES! That was the issue!

    I had the spam Filter with the callout function enabled... and astaro was using an unexisting email address to deliver the licence...

    Very funny! Astaro got locked out by their own software [;)]

    A good thing is that the server gives a message like "temporarily unable to relay" so that eventually the message sticks in the queue of the sender for a while...

    a couple of days later .... I've found out from the logs that their mail was locked... I've disabled the callout function and after few hours... THERE THE LICENCE!
