ports 554 and 557

I have found ports 554 and 557 are open in Astaro. Are these required to be open for virus updates? If not, can I close them or are they even a threat?

those ports are not in use. You have maybe configured wrong NAT rules/packet filters. You can see listening services @ WebAdmin:Reporting/Network. Ports listening on localhost (127.0.0.1) cannot be reached from outside.

Make a telnet on that port
telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 554
telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 557

What does it say?

So I think there is nothing on this port. Are you sure that the portscan is correct?
