0 protected IPs ???

Hi

can eveyone tell me, how the Astaro FW count the protected
IP adress? I have one Mail, Web... Server public with a DNAT
rule. But in the Up2Date infomail is the IP count on 0!!!

System Uptime      : 1 days 13 hours 36 minutes
System Load        : 0.11
System Version     : Astaro Security Linux  4.017
License            : Office Version     
Active IP Count    : 0 protected IPs

    What version of ASL you have? Sometimes i have only 2 proteced ip on my firewall. I have one mail one webbserver and 2 other computers in my network.

    Sorry i see later you have ASL 4.017. I can´t tell why you have 0 proteced ip´s. Everything else for you run´s?

    you should read the email again, it writes "aktiv ip counts". that is the count at the moment, not summery. if no traffic at the moment the counter get out 0.

    Your reference is probably to an email you have received from your ASL box, right after installing an update and restarting the system.

    The mail was probably issued from the ASL before it could gather statistics for your network and include them accurately in the message.

    I wouldn't be concerned about this, unless you are referring to an email that came in while the server was up and running since a while.

    It didn't have traffic pass through astaro then the system cann't generate accounting and then the system send notification mail to you.  Thanks
