Automatically delete logfiles after one month

Hello,

Is it possible to automatically clear all logfiles after a fixed period (for example one month)?

Have you used Linux? You could make a script that deletes files in /var/log, and have it invoked by crontab (search, both here and on Search engines, for crontab...)

Sorry, I'm kind of a new bie to Linux. So I 'm not able to make any kind of script. Is there no other way to do this??

Hi,

there is an option in Webadmin, but i can't reproduce its apperance.
I've posted this, but got no answer yet.
