FTP Uploads tru DMZ slowwww

It seems uploads to the ftp server on the DMZ is very slow and stalls. Downloads seem to be fine.

Anyone seen this before??

    Exclude connects from Intranet to your FTP server from Portscan Detection.
    This should fix it.

    Karsten, thanks for the tip but not any better. Should note that copy over ssh/scp or sftp is no better. Stall message on my Powerbook with transmit. Same from a PC at work about 3-5k, download is at 20k which is still slow but much better than up.

    I am not using any QOS yet and really have no reason to but it sure seems like there is a throttle somewhere?

    Added to PSAD exclude list:
    Internal_lan > private_ftp

    And yes its a Qwest/DSL - prior to the DMZ going on line there was no speed problem.
