I just recieved this email from my astaro-box:

I don't understand this, since I regisered as a homeuser, and that was what it showed when i did the copy'n'paste in the manager after installation.

Now suddenly it seems tha it think it's not registered. I put in the register-kode again - no change.

    When you go into the admin tool does it say evalutation?

    If so, copy and paste your key into the box.  If you type it wrong, you get eval license. that's what happened to me after I fat-fingered it 3 or 4 times.

    If it's correct, check the time in your BIOS.

    Well, I did copy'n'paste when i installed some 2 weeks ago, and at that time it recognised the registration. I tried again several times when I realised it wasn't registrated anymore, but same result.

    Bingo!! That did the trick - thanks!

    I changed the BIOS-backup-batterier a week ago, and at that time I didn't bother setting the time in BIOS, since the AST-box is setup to use an NTP-server. I thought it would then set the BIOS-time itself.
