With all updates installed, you should have a working version 4.015. No PPTP problems are currently known. What exactly is not working for you and what kind of setup are you using?

Yes it does - and besides that, the missing email feature is just a bug in 4.015, and is will be corrected in next update (use "search" to find the msgs about that topic)
