installation without bootable CDROM

hi,

I need help! I must install ASL on a machine without CDROM boot.

Is this possible?? - and how??

You can pull the HD from this machine and install ASL on it using a machine that DOES have a bootable CD. Then put the HD back and boot. You should probably edit modules.conf to load the proper network card drivers and then reboot again for these changes to be transfered into the webadmin.

make sure that the HD is installed as primary master in both cases

http://btmgr.sourceforge.net brings up an error window saying that btmgr.gnuchina.org cannot be found. Try instead,

http://sourceforge.net/projects/btmgr/
