Accounting not running

I've tried to enable accounting, but I keep getting emailed with the following subject:

Accounting not running - restarted(1 times)

I have it enabled in Network -> Accounting, and also in Reporting -> Accounting

It's only been running for 1 day, so perhaps it takes a full day for it to start getting data? My main concern is the error email I keep getting multiple times per day.

Joe,
Did you get a resolution to this? I am also getting the same error - it looks like accounting is not starting automatically on reboot, but I'm not sure yet.
I'm running ASL 4.021

I believe the accounting does not function correctly if traffic is under a certain limit. What that limit is I'm unsure of.

Could an Astaro technician please confirm this, I know it used to be true on 3.XXX Unsure if this is supposed to be fixed or not.

this is a known issue under 4.xxx however what the traffic threshold for proper accounting function has never been defined.

Simon, William - Thanks. I suspected this, but I also think that if that is the case, this error will go away fairly soon .. as we're about to open the flood gates! [:)]
