Blaster generate heavy load on ASL

Hello Everybody.
Our ASL 3.219 is used to seperate WANs (4 x256 kbit). I'm not responsible for what is happening behind the WANs. Therefor the W32.Blasterrequests generate 100% CPU on my ASL.
Now I reached the point where I get no response from the WEBADMIN.
How can I restart the Webadmin? (with ssh-session) or how can I temporarely  disable KERNEL Logging? [:S]

    Maybe this is a stupid response, but if Astaro is to the point of being unusable, couldn't you just disconnect the offending NIC from the network, then go into the webadmin to disable logging for blaster? 

    I mean, if you're still getting enough blaster traffic to down the webadmin, your users probably aren't going to notice or mind 2 minutes of complete connection loss while you repair the issue...
