When you say "tried" does that mean something failed there or simply thta you were not able to glean any acutal printable records from this? While There is no real easy way (other than perhaps screen captures or a web-recording of a user browsing web-admin perhaps?) you should not have anyproblems bringing a backup out and bringing it back in.
