Registration Portal: Problem

Hi together

I recently bought the AntiVirus-Option for my ASL Home-User-License. As I couldn't remeber my password for my registration-account I requested my password by email - but nothing happend. I tried to create a new account too - but same problem -> no email sent...?!

Any ideas what went wrong??
