where can i find more information about QoS

Have a look into the onlinehelp of Astaro or the manual.
Google tells you thousands of informations about QoS, too.

Just to give you a point to start from:
QoS is done by the Kernel. Like the packetfilter.
You can configure QoS with 'tc'. Like the packetfilter with 'iptables'.
But: tc is not as easy (bad documentation, ...) as iptables.

The used algorithmis is htb.
