IP count problem

The portscan report gives me the IP count ... but there is no way it can be so big !! (over 50 every time).
Our ASL4.009 has 4 NIC one is public and 3 others are DMZ.
one has 6 PC connected on it, one has a radius with a maximum of 20 RAS connexions and the last one has 11 PCs (2 printers) and can have another 5 PC on pic times ... the total is 44 ... how come I get up to 64 proteted IP ?? (the licence limit is 50 !!) ? Can this explain why sometimes I get no traffic out of one of my DMZ ?

    the number of IP addresses is taken from the ARP table (all directly attached devices)
    as well as the connection tracking table (routed through ASL). Addresses which
    can be reached via the default gateway are excluded. The IP address limitation is a legal
    limitation and does not explain that your DMZ devices have problems to establish connections.
    What's the number of concurrent connections you have (average)?
