Turn Up eth0 and eth1??

Hi guys, i turn of my 2 connection and I want to bring them up again, which command I use for??

Thanks Oldeda.
I have already tried ifconfig eth1 up but it go up without ip and i can't arrive to my gui page to manage UTM, like above.
Other suggestions?
