ok, by the installation for the ASL Software itself, should BOTH machines have the same Administrative IP Address?

    HI,

    You can't use the same IP-Adress two times. You should give the master and slave different IP-Adresses. If the master will break down the slave will come up with the configuration of the master. This means the slave will get the IP-Adress of the master.
