Documentation and sample solutions ..

Hi,
Is there any documentation that in detail describes how to configure the ASL and then goes deeper into the ASL and explain how it all works ?

For example:
How to setup a Filter Rule,( source destination port) and what is really happen after this

... and is there any samle solutions on how you can setup the ASL ?

For example:
How to setup your own dns,ftp,web server in the most secure way ....
How to setup VPN, etc, and so on ....
