Multiple External Connections (DHCP)

I apologise if this is the wrong place to be posting this query; I don't see anything that obviously fits it better but...

Can ASL handle having 2 external (cable-dhcp) connections to a single internal network? Or for 2 internal networks?

Ideally I would like to have one internal network talk to one external network (times 2) with the 2 internal networks being able to 'talk' to each other. If  this isn't possible the first choice of a single internal network would be copeable with.

Anyone help me here?
