MGR: Max connections reached... which means???

    Hi there,

    don't worry about that, if you haven't more than a hundred roadwarriors.
    The number of possible simultaneous PPTP connections will be increased
    to 254 in one of the coming Up2Dates.

    By the way is there anybody outhere having more than 100 clients connecting
    at the same time?

    Seen on ASL 4.016 :

    And there is less than 10 remote users on this network.
    Maybe the problem is elsewhere ?

    That is not a problem at all, that is just the pptpd initializing, and it reports the maximum number of connections.

    The initial "problem" was only 100 connections being available. There is nothing wrong with 253 connections.

    There is no "Max connections reached, extra IP addresses ignored" line.
    I should have read this post more carrefully... My pb was elsewhere !
