how do i create a rule on the firewall to block out access to porn sites. warez etc? im new at this so treat me as a complete idiot

Hi,

you can use the Content Filtering capabilities of the HTTP Proxy.
Got to Webadmin->Proxy, enable HTTP Proxy, then use the Surf Protection Categories to filter content.
