Which process checks CPU Utilization?

Since a while the CPU Utilization under Reporting - Hardware doesn't work, RAM and Swap works just fine. I need to have the ASL up and running, so I want to restart just that process, which process checks that? 

Running Astaro 4.006.

    what says "/usr/bin/chroot /var/chroot-snmp.mrtg /usr/bin/mrtg /etc/mrtg.cfg" ?
    Does a "/sbin/init.d/snmpd restart" help ?

    No, that didn't help... 

    Perhaps if I delete the logfile...
