Very slow Webadmin

I have installed Astaro 3.2 and my problem is, that the webadmin is running very slow.. so i have to wait from a click to the new page for at least 30 to 60 secs... somebody knows whats wrong ??

The Webadmin is version 4 is much faster. Maybe upgrade?

the matter is that im running it on a pc with p1 architecture - so no v4.0 support..
