How to with examples

I am new to Astaro and am building a box with 3 nics (internet, intranet, and DMZ) and am wondering why there is no example in the book on how to do this.  There are only pictures.  No step-by-steps?  Does anyone have any examples?

    You will find a very well written step-by-step quick start installation guide in the ASL User´s Guide (page 17 for version 4) If you need further technical info on firewalls, TCP/IP, NAT, DNAT etc I advise you to take a look at the linux how-to´s on the subject which are full of examples. (Rusty Russell´s guides are GREAT). As ASL is based on Linux IPChains/IPTables all information from these guides are very enlighting.

    I would also like to mention our How-To section on the docs server http://docs.astaro.org/older_versions/ASL-V3.2/docs_v3/ which in some days will be re-done and V4 How-To files will be available.
