Active Directory auth questions

i want to set up AD auth in ASL v4, i have RTFM already but it's not very explicit in some areas, i will use UPN for user auth:
1) if i have different OU for the users, will it work anyway(if the security group is still in the root).
2) How do i find the "ADSI Edit", i'm going nuts trying to find that MMC!.
3) where so i find the DN & CN of each user, in AD users and computers isn't listed

    first one question.. 
    did you install the adminpak tools from your Win 2000 Server CD ? You need them in order to use all snap ins for mmc. 
    If not, you find the adminpak on the Win 2000 Server CD under i386. 
    To get the CN and the DN of an user you need the ADSI Edit Snap in .)
