Weird log entry: "WARNING: /usr/local/etc/moduli does not exist .."

Hi all,

I found the following lines in my admin log regarding a succesful login:

Mar 14 12:08:14 asl sshd[17185]: WARNING: /usr/local/etc/moduli does not exist, using old modulus
Mar 14 12:08:19 asl sshd[17185]: Accepted password for loginuser from XXX port XXX ssh2
Mar 14 12:08:19 asl sshd[17211]: error: open /dev/tty failed - could not set controlling tty: Permission denied

I found out about the old modulus question (see http://www.geocrawler.com/archives/3/151/2002/6/0/9067212/) but the solution mentioned there cannot be done on Astaro). 

I have no idea about the TTY problem - I do get a console. So what does it mean?
