Problem with up2date 4.001 (WFE permissions)

After up2date for 4.001 was applied, some modified files inside /etc/wfe/conf were owned by root vs wwwuser. This prevented any changes made by middleware to items such as ipsec policies, connections, etc. Only after I chown'd them back to wwwuser:nobody did the middleware function correctly and accept any changes.

Thoughts?  I saw chown statements within the init.d script - perhaps they're incorrect?
