SMTP reject message customization

Is it possible to create customized replies for blacklist rejects. For some people in Finland it is just too hard to understand english reply. I get few calls weekly and people ask me what does those replies mean when they try to send doc's, xls's or other unwanted fileformats.

If I could write finnish reply to those they wouldn't ask again.

    I have just upgraded to 4.000 and not having the ability to customize the NDRs supprises me a bit.
    In a previous post of mine last year I had asked about how to get rid of the "do-not-reply@fw-notify.net" and also the ASL message at the bottom of a NDR. At this time I was told that all of these messages would be customisable in ASL4. What happened? I have looked through ASL 4 and I cannot find any where to do this from within WebAdmin.
    Very dissapointing ASL guys!!!!!

    Will this be fixed in an Up2Date?

    This is maybe coming bit late. But there is actually something wrong with xls, doc, exe, bat etc etc file formats.

    Virus threat should be obvious to anybody. Macros is the other. First we want to deny sending of any docs or xls files because they can contain information that is not meant to recipient. I have heard stuff like undo buffers and deleted changes being submitted with docs and I believe that these are not urban legends.

    Because we do not send any microsoft office files ourself we make it easier for others to decide to use alternative formats. 

    After all usually it is not neccessary to send xls or docs with macros to anyone. If somebody has something to send it is not so hard to convert into alternative format like pdf. If one can't convert file into 'safe' format it is not worth of sending anyway.
