Problems upgrading to 4.000

I upgraded from 3.216 to 4.000 today. All went extremely well until I logged out of WebAdmin. Now ASL will not let me back into WebAdmin. Username and password are correct but I cannot login.
Any suggestions?

    login as root on a console and edit with joe or vi the file

    /etc/wfe/conf/settings

    change 'reset_pwd' from 0 to 1 and reconnect to webadmin...

    I'm sorry, but I don't know. The behaviour is not normal, but with the information given, I can't tell you more....

    What happend is this:

    Upgraded from 3.216 to 4.000
    Set passwords on first WebAdmin login
    Logged in using the new password for admin
    Restored backup and confirmed that everything came accross. It did, appart from the browser certificate information, so I was happy with that.
    Entered all the info into the browser certificate fields and imported the new certificate into the browser (after removing the old 3.2 certificate).
    Exited WebAdmin
    Tried to log back in and that's where the problems began.

    The new admin password did not work (in WebAdmin and root did not work on the console either!). I tried my previous 3.2 passwords but alas, they did not work either.

    I rebuild the box half a dozen times with basically the same problem each time. I can only imagine it has to do with restoring the 3.2 backup. If I did not do this I did not have this problem.

    In the end I resolved the problem by rebuilding the box and logging in as root prior to restoriing the backup. I then restored the backup then did as you suggested in your previous post. After doing this and resetting all the passwords again all seems to be fine.
    I was interested if anyone else has had this problem.
