ASTARO QoS and VoIP ?

is the ASTARO QoS management useful to perform VoIP ?

    It is usefull!
    But you have to have in mind, that QoS function efects only outgoing trafic. So if you want to have clear line in both directions, your communication partner has to have QoS turned on as well.
