how to become a power support user?

I don't understand Germany,when I fax it,can not send??why?? I lived in China.

I dialed 00 for international call in China,
and I heard a computer telephonist said something.but I can't 
speak Germany.and I want to know shall I dial  49 721 490 069 55 in one time??

I successed in faxing it to Astaro,but when will I receive the

Can take a while apparently depending on the backlog.  Remember you are getting something for free so be patient.  They may even turn the request down if you are not actively supporting people on the message boards.  Though I have not heard of anyone getting turned down.
