Kapersky Antivirus vulnerable - Astaro too?

A week or so ago, I found this posting on securiteam.com about a possible DOS against a version of Kapersky Antivirus, the virus scanning engine of the SMTP virus scanning. Kaspersky Antivirus DoS (Long Path, AUX) 
Is ASL vulnerable to this DOS?

    Not really an authoraty on the matter but here goes.

    Seeing that the bug is found on Windows and it concers the way filesystem protection (scanning directories) works I can hardly see how this could effect ASL. ASL's AV is used for checking emails not for checking files/directories on your firewall. And even if it did check the filesystem on ASL there is no way in hell that someone is gonna make a directory longer than the 256 the windows version suffers from. If someone has access to make directories on your firewall then you got WAY more serious problems to think about than virus protection anyways [:)]

    So my guess in short version: No ASL is not vulnerable to this bug.
