Can someone please explain how an on-line purchase is supposed to work? Asknet has send me a Shopper Key (whatever that is) but no license key. Thanks in advance.
Do you have a home license under the registration portal?
If so, you need to take that option key they gave you and apply it to your existing license key.
You do this by logging into the registration portal and clicking on the key you want to apply it to, there should then be a place to add that option key. Once applied you will have a new license that will enable whatever feature you purchased.
Keep in mind this will only work with v3.2 and higher keys, I found that out the hard way since I have a cobalt running v2. [;)]

I did, in fact, contact Sales prior to posting the message. Unfortunately, the individual I spoke seemed unfamiliar with how the on-line shop worked and couldn't tell me what, if anything, I was missing. I forwarded the email I received from the online shop to him two days ago but I have yet to hear back from him.
I also tried to upgrade my current 3.2 license through the portal. But whatever I was sent does not appear to be a valid key. I am certain I entered the key correctly without extra characters, visible or otherwise.
Here's the one and only email I received after placing the order 20 days ago. Can anyone confirm that this is/is not how license keys are sent?
