I can't download beta version why ?

For my question about pptp I got en answer that the next version and the beta had this option.
I try to download the beta version and … I don’t have permission [:S]
Why?

Can I download the beta version?

I've used the Australian mirror site OK.

I used the europe mirror to download beta version of astaro and it works great
