This is a very odd problem I'm having. I have a decent understanding of networking, but am new to the Astaro platform and have been struggling with the initial configuration. It all seems straightforward enough, but for some reason I am still unable to get even a simple functioning configuration going. My main problem, however, is that sometimes after configuring a rule or definition, it completely locks me out of the GUI management interface on the management segment. I can't even ping it! This has happened several times, and is definitely due to a configuration change I'm making that makes it freak out.
My question is this - everytime this happens, I've had to reinstall from scratch. This is very frustrating! Is there any way from the command line (the console is up and fine) that I can either return it to its "factory" state, or that I can see what it was about whatever change I made that made it lock me out of the management console, or that I can do to manually reconfigure it so I can see it again? And if so, what/where are the file locations? TIA for any assistance anyone can provide!
