Astaro did not work anymore since last Thursday

Hi Folks,

Since last Thursday I receive the following message :

This results that all connection through ASTARO are so slow as never before.
Whats happened ???

While killing the process mdw_deamon.pl it will be restarted and the processor usage is at 70%.

While trying to surf directly without any proxy service, the Net works at 50%... I need always to reload the pages.

I have done the upgrade yesterday, but nothing changed...
Astaro worked fine for 3 Months, but now ...

Anyone has any idea ?

Are you getting other messages about Squid restarting? I had this after an update but when I SSH to ASL and killall squid, things settled down. I restarted after that to be sure. Problem was that Squid couldn't shut down and had grabbed all of the CPU.

All joking aside - please login as root and have a look
at /var/log/mdwlog - in doubt send it to support@astaro.com.
We will check it to find the error! Please refer to this thread!

Did change anything in the config files manually?

How about killing the proxy and see how it behaves? Someting is eating the CPU and causing everything to slowdown. Would help to know what hardware and net connection you have.

No I did not change anything manualy !
