Virus License Update?

I am running Astaro v2.031 on a Cobalt Raq3i for my home firewall. I purchased the virus package with it awhile back, however it has expired on Dec 2002. I went on the website and purchased an update for it, unfortunately this can only be applied to v3 licenses using the registration portal.

How do I get an updated license number for v2 to reflect that I have the virus protection? Anyone have some insight into this since I can not obviously upgrade the Cobalt to v3.2.

Since you are not able to upgrade your Cobalt to V3.xx and you are a registered user you should try to ask support@astaro.com if they if they gan generate you a Version 2 license key ?!

KKnecht: i have emailed them a couple time already with this same question. just thought i would post here to see if anyone knew anything about my options. thanks for your input.
