Error Outlook Express

Hello all users,

I have a problem with Windows PC and Outlook Express.
I can´t receive and send messages, the program
bring a error-messages "Can´t find the POP3-Server pop.btx.dtag.de Port110..." I will not use the POP3 and SMTP-Services in the Astaro-Firewall/Proxy. I need a directly connection to my ISP T-Online.
The Internet work normally with the DNS and Proxy.
This is my problem.

    Do you use NAT or just the proxy-services?

    bertrom,

    you need masquerading for your intrenal network
    as well as a pcket filter to allow POP3 from
    internal to external or at least to the Telekom
    server.

    Hello,

    thanks for the news for my "Errors with MS Windows Outlook Express". For more help is their the configuration:
    Definitions->Networks 
    Name:intern 
    IP-Adress:192.168.0.0 
    Sub-Mask:255.255.255.0

    Networks->NAT/Masq Match param.: intern ->All/All 
    SRC_Transl.:MASQ_dsl (Interface dsl)
    DST_Transl.: no

    Packet_filter->Rules:
    From intern
    Service POP3
    To Any
    Action: Allow 

    The same configuration for SMTP.

    Proxies: HTTP and DNS is enable and running.

    What must I do for a connecting  with the T-Online POP3-Server?
