SSH and lost password

Hi, I am unable to login as root or admin using ssh, yet I can still login to web services.

Anyone have any ideas. I have the firewall offsite, and it's headless, so I can't get into it [:(]

hello spike

you must use the "loginuser" as ssh login.
then you can su to root.

PS: have you enabled the ssh login in webadmin?

Howdy,

I'm trying to login as admin I assume that is login user, I've been in that way before, but I can't authenticate with old password or new, it just won't let me in.

well, I think I did not explain good enough.

the USERNAME you MUST use to login for SSH is called LOGINUSER. You provided a password during installation for the LOGINUSER.

Try again using LOGINUSER(=Username).

hope it's better explained!!??
