syslog settings

Hi,
if i send more than one asl's syslogmessages to a syslogserver it will be nice to change the syslogfacility maybe to local1 from the first asl and to local2 from second asl and from both the auth messages to local3. is this possible ?

    better idea, use an "intelligent" syslog server
    which greps the data for strings and is able to
    put data into different files. Have a look at
    syslog-ng. Long time ago      I have written a 
    short howto which gives an idea how flexible it
    is, you'll find it at docs.astaro.org!
