firewall hangs up

hi there,

firewall : astraro 3.214
home version
2 nic´s realtek 8139
1 nic realtek 8129 AS
2 static 192.168.0.x , 192.168.100.x
1 pppoe
qos on internel interface ( i read this here in the forum)
2 realtek 8139 internal int
1 realtek 8129 AS pppoe

my problem:

after ~ 6 h the firewall hangs up on the external interface , i can log into the dmz via ssh and on the firewall, but i can not
make any http , ftp and so on request , the external interface is
up ( webmin) and i can use webminso the firewall seems to live.

after a reboot everything is allright for ~ 6 h

any hints ?

what does your kernel log say? Look for things like SPOOFING or HW messages...

hi,

@andy, no nothing like that in the logs

@zoodoo , icmp is disabled... only eth0 was in the excluded networks.. maybe this works.. i´ll keep an eye on this...

does ICMP On Firewall disabled ? And have you exclude your private network from Port Scan detection ?

so the firwall hangs again [:(]SP ...???

but i´ve found this in my log...

Dec 27 14:27:35 (none) kernel: CBQ: class 00010002 has bad quantum==0, repaired.

as i found it´s the qos thing... is that the problem ?

know i am puzzeld , help !
