Why is it so difficult to get a Power User License???

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I have faxed the paperwork like 5 times with no reposnse. What gives???????????

find any FAX from you - are you sure that you have

please add the UBB number to the fax order NOT your name (on the line "UBB Member #:").
