DSL connected or not??

Hi, all!

I've just installed my Astarto and set up the PPPoE based ADSL connection to my ISP (Telenor, Norway). 

When checking the NIC status both NICs are up, an my eth1 is assigned an dynamic IP (from my ISP). My ISP also claims I'm connected, which would be true, because the IP lease started at the same time my Astaro came up after a reboot.

I cannot get to any resources on the net, nor do I get any responce when tracing or pinging from the Astaro Admin client's Tools section.

Any help on this is very much appreciated.

    Here is my Daemon log. Can someone please tell me what could be wrong? It seems that ASL is connected, but then it's thrown out again...

    eth0 is my LAN and eth1 is my internet NIC.

    Check your packet filter ?
    Make sure you are allowing traffic in/out.

    Is ICMP allowed ? (ICMP section of Packet Filter menu).

    Is the http proxy turned on ? Try setting your browser to use it and see if you can load sites ?

    Thanx for your reply.
    I think I've treied all your suggestions...

    Now I do have more relevant info, as I experience there is only (?) a problem with the connection to my ISP from the ASL, that is.
