Acces to webadmin

Hello

I have a serious Problem. After changing the Acces network of the Webadmin, i can't get access to the Webadmin. (added any to the acces networks in System/Settings/Webadmin Access) 

How can i recover a Prefs Backup at root console?
Whats the Problem, is thera a bug? How can get access to the webadmin, changes in the squid-conf has any affects.
