accounting self-restarting

hi,

after updating to 3.211 and several reboots accounting is restarting about 20 times a day - doesn´t matter if it is set to active or inactive in webmin.

here some logs:

    touch /etc/no-superdaemon/nacctd
    This should squelch the superflous warnings.

    The problem is caused by low traffic on one of the monitored interfaces. 

    This bug will be fixed in the next major version.
